As members of ASCAP, BMI and THE HARRY FOX AGENCY we publish writers’ works and administers their rights. This includes negotiating and issuing licenses, collecting royalties and fees, and preparing all necessary contracts and related paperwork so that the writer does not have to. Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) collects license fees on behalf of the more than 550,000 songwriters, composers and music publishers it represents and distributes those fees as royalties to members whose works have been publicly performed while The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) is a membership association of more than 450,000 U.S. composers, songwriters, lyricists, and music publishers of every kind of music. As an affiliate we are able to work closely with these major performance rights societies to make sure our songwriters and composers get paid!
