Anthony Cruz 4th studio album “Cruz Control” album nominated for Reggaeville.com ALBUM OF THE YEAR.

Singer Anthony Cruz, who has been in the music business for over 14 years, recently released his fourth studio album.

The album, titled ‘Cruz Control’ was released a month ago on iTunes and Amazon. According to Cruz, it was important for him to release an album at this time because his fans were looking out for one.

“People look forward to the albums. I sing lovers, rock/roots rock, so albums are what get you tours. I decided to do this album on my own record label called Shan Shan records. I worked with a lot of producers on this album, but at the end of the day I am the executive producer,” Anthony Cruz told THE STAR.

Since its release last month, sales for the album have reportedly been going well.

“The album has been doing great so far, it actually just started selling recently because we’ve just started doing the promotions and marketing. It’s basically fresh off the ground, but so far I’ve been getting good reviews in Europe and the Unites States,” Cruz said.

The album features songs such as Foolish Heart and Bun Dem, which is a collaboration with Capleton.

Anthony Cruz is gearing up for tours in the United Kingdom, the Unites States and Canada. He has also released a DVD album, which features 12 of his videos.

“I just did a DVD compilation album with my videos on it. I think I’m one of the first artistes to do that, so we’re basically starting in the streets with this one,” he said.
